Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of the TR1P app and this website. TR1P is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and these terms add to it. If they conflict, Apple's agreement controls. By using TR1P, you agree to both.
2. Drive safely
TR1P is a trip log, not a driving aid or a competition. Always obey speed limits and traffic laws, and never interact with your phone while driving. Time "saved" reflects route and timing choices compared with a map estimate; it is never a reason to drive faster. You are solely responsible for how you drive.
3. Accuracy
Trip detection, distances, durations, routes, and estimated travel times depend on GPS, motion sensors, and Apple map data, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. TR1P isn't intended for navigation, mileage reimbursement, tax, insurance, or legal purposes, and you shouldn't rely on it for them.
4. Your data
Your trips stay on your device and belong to you. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use TR1P unlawfully, to track another person without their consent, or to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the app.
6. Price
TR1P is currently free and has no in-app purchases. If that changes, any purchase will be made through Apple and described clearly before you buy.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
TR1P is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your driving or your reliance on the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use TR1P after that means you accept the updated terms.
